WMQ's previous website was a simple informative brochure website - something to give them an ‘online presence’.

The former website looked professional, however the content presented limited information and therefore it wasn’t attracting the levels of traffic or response that they had hoped for or that the business required. In recent years WMQ had undergone considerable business expansion and their website longer presented the full scale of their services and capabilities.

In short, they were gaining no tangible benefit from their website in terms of enquiries or sales.

The Solution

We moved them onto our Big Red Platform to harness the power of our Content Management System. That provided them with much more information about their business and also allowed them maintain an ongoing dialogue with both suppliers and customers providing an effective communications platform that complemented their sales process.

WMQ are now able to publish an archive of projects to show how diverse their services are, adding more valuable content to the website every time a completed project is published. Similarly they run and maintain a news section (or blog) to keep users and employees up to date. This can feed directly into their Social Media pages whenever an update is published.

Big Red have been providing comprehensive Search Engine Optimisation services to maximise organic traffic to the site. In addition we have put comprehensive platform and user support in place to ensure that we can keep the platform up to date and assist WMQ's content administrators.

Under Big Red's guidance and supervision they now run active Social Media pages which they update regularly themselves.
