Due to our continued expansion, we are looking to add to our Technical Support Team at our Glasgow offices. This is a great opportunity to join our diverse and fast growing company, with almost unlimited scope for personal growth and development. Most of our previous support staff have gone on to senior positions in a wide range of roles.
The role will be part of the support team, delivering the highest level of service to our clients via phone, email and face to face. You'll triage support incidents, record and process all service queries, diagnose hardware and software queries and work with the team to ensure timely resolution of all support queries. Working closely with our Developers and Designers to test, deploy and support customer installations, you'll be a key asset to our team during our growth phase, and will be involved in our new projects moving forward.
Our ideal candidate will have a relevant IT degree/suitable qualification, be familiar with MS Windows and MS Office, and experience of HTML and CSS. It would be an advantage to have experience with SQL Server, VB.NET, and C#. It is imperative that you have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in this role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided in all our services.
