Business As Usual For Big Red Digital During Covid-19 Outbreak
We'd like to take the time to update our clients, partners and suppliers of full business continuity measures at Big Red Digital.
After yesterday's update, we wanted to expand on what we've done internally to reassure all our clients of the extent of the changes we've made. These will ensure you don't see an interruption to the vital websites and platforms we provide.
Our User Support Portal is open, and available 24/7 for our clients. You can access this here and we continue to give our clients the highest level of service. We can also allocate additional internal resource to support this team if/when we see an increased level of enquiries.
All of our client meetings, which include website kick-off meetings, account management, project update and new business sales meetings are now taking place online. Predominately using Zoom, we also use Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp for some clients.
Working from Home
When it comes to working from home, our full team have the technology and ability to do so without interruption to their working day.
Additional Support for Clients
We are well placed here to deal with an increase in demand from our existing clients and we anticipate that many businesses will be required to shift their focus to provide more, or better services and products online. We can reassure all clients we will work hard with them to deliver results, just as we always have.
