To say that 2019 has been an exciting year at Big Red Digital would be an understatement. We have successfully overdelivered on plans for our own sustained growth through the refinement and development of our sales process, our platform, our own marketing - and the expansion of an already great team.
We maintain a laser-sharp focus on the ongoing analysis and expansion of the quality of the services that we provide for our clients. We listen to what they want. Then we deliver.
Of course, success doesn't happen on its own and we know it can be short-lived. It takes sustained, hard work and innovation. Also, we believe success is not measurable solely by our own turnover or profit. What has made 2019 truly exciting for us, is seeing the differences we have made for our clients. Our work has raised their profiles, driven new revenue streams and opened up opportunities that, perhaps they themselves, didn't think possible. That is the very essence of the 'innovation' that we strive for. We know of these successes because we measure them and share results with our clients. You can see some of them here. We take great pride in everything we undertake on their behalf and value their feedback. A healthy ROI for our clients means repeat business for us and we thank them for it.
With 2020 coming up quickly on the horizon, we have plans in place to take things to the next level here at Big Red. In the meantime, I'd like to personally wish everyone a fantastic festive season and a very happy and prosperous new year.
